Exhibitor Badges & Housing

Housing Poachers

Some exhibitors may be contacted by outside vendors regarding housing for the 2018 AHA Annual Meeting. Please be aware that these companies claim to provide housing and registration services for the 2018 AHA Annual Meeting, but are not affiliated with AHA in any way. DON'T BE MISLED!! Housing for AHA's 2018 Annual Meeting is handled exclusively through the AHA's official housing service, Experient.

Unfortunately unscrupulous providers sometimes claim to provide housing for meetings and conventions when they are in no way affiliated with the sponsoring organization. This practice is a scam that attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing on personal or financial information.

Official AHA Housing

Registration & Housing for the Annual Meeting will open in mid-September. Exhibitors will be sent an email with links to registration and housing mid-September. Once exhibitors have registered for the meeting, the primary contact for the exhibiting company will receive an email confirmation, which includes detailed housing information and instructions for reserving a room or suite at the discounted meeting rates. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the meeting and entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.

Exhibitor registration will be initiated by the AHA and will open in mid-September, 2017. Exhibitors should not use the link on the AHA's website.

The primary contact will receive information via e-mail about registering exhibitor attendees. This primary contact will be responsible for entering information for up to 5 additional complimentary registrations. The primary contact is not automatically registered.

The confirmation e-mail sent to the primary contact will also have links for making hotel reservations.

If you have questions, please e-mail aha@historians.org.

Note: The AHA contracts out with a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to plan and operate the annual meeting and exhibits. We have a new "Official Contractor" logo to help exhibitors identify these companies.

It is to your advantage to choose the official contractors. The AHA does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor.  Please look for the "Official Contractor" logo when making housing reservations.
