Exhibitor Listings

 

The information submitted here will be used for your company's listing on the Exhibitor website. Upgraded listings in the AHA’s popular annual meeting app (beyond the company name, booth number, and website link) can be purchased by contacting jgreen@historians.org. To submit your 250-character company description (approximately 25 words), please follow these instructions:

  1. Select this link: https://iebms.heiexpo.com/iebms/oep/oep_p1_exhibitors.aspx?oc=66&ct=OEP&eventid=5003
     
  2. Select the “Profile Editor” link from under “Exhibitor Services”.
     
  3. Enter the booth contact’s e-mail address and password and then click on “Sign In To Account.”

    If you enter any e-mail address other than the booth contact, you will not be able to access the company profile.

    If you do not have your password, please click on the Forget your password? link to have password re-set instructions e-mailed to you.
     
  4. The company name will appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now edit how the company name appears and enter your company description (250 character limit, including spaces). Be sure to hit the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
     
  5. The logon e-mail address will receive an e-mail confirmation from helpiebms@heiexpo.com of the changes that were made. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the e-mail confirmation, your changes were not accepted.
